Anthony Ricci holds a Masters Degree in International Business as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and a Minor in Communications. He is currently the President of Advanced Driving & Security Inc, a world-renowned security driving school, as well as the Chief Instructor for the Rhode Island Motorcycle Safety Program. Formerly he was associated with The Scotti School of Defensive Driving and held the positions of Lead Instructor, Marketing Director and Northeast Facility Coordinator.
Anthony has successfully trained many law enforcement agencies, government and military organizations, numerous corporations and private executive protection specialists. Anthony has been interviewed and quoted in USA Today, The Providence Journal, Combat Annual Magazine, The Robb Report, Boston - Providence Phoenix, Bottom Line Personal, many TV News Stations on Tactical Driving and Personal Protection. He has been published in Protection News and Law Enforcement Executive Forum and is currently the EVOC Editor for American Cop Magazine and the Security Driving Advisor for Counter-Terrorism International Journal.
His specialized areas of instruction include Protective Driving, VIP, and Dignitary Protection, Police Instructor's Certification and Anti-Terrorist Driving. William F. Hatem

William Hatem graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Following college, he served as Vice President of a retail supply store. During this time, Bill started his racing career. He attended his first track school in 1990 at the New Hampshire International Speedway with the Corvette of Massachusetts car club. Over the next few years, Bill raced in numerous events, several Autocrosses and attended many BMW track schools each year.
He then began working for Automotive Designs, Inc, where he served as an Account Representative for Northern New England. During his time there, Bill achieved many things including consistent growth in sales and territory. He continued his racing, as well, and received his SCCA Racing license in 1996. Over the next 10 years he raced in the SCCA improve touring class. Bill is currently an Industrial Account Manager for Snap-On Tools in Rhode Island, although he started his career with Snap-On in the San Francisco Bay Area. While on the West Coast, he participated in the Speed World Challenge Professional series in 2000 and 2002. After returning the East Coast, he began instructing at ADSI in 2005.
Keith Lafazia, a lifelong Rhode Island resident, has served as a member of the Providence Police Department since 1996. Before becoming a Detective for the Narcotics, Firearms, and Organized Crime Unit, Lafazia was assigned to the Public Housing Unit. He is a member of the DEA Methamphetamine Enforcement Team. Throughout his career, Keith has received several citations and commendations for excellence in police duties including the Commissioner's Award and the Archambault Award. He is currently assigned to the Youth Service Division School Resource Unit, in addition to instructing at Advanced Driving and Security, Inc.

Sean McLaine attended the University of Scranton, obtaining his Bachelors in Criminal Justice in 1998. He has served as a Police Officer in Ridgefield, CT and now is working for the New York City Police Department. While working as a motorcycle officer on the Highway Patrol, Sean received extensive training in high speed Emergency Vehicle Operations. In addition to his police related driver training, he also acquired driving experience at the Skip Barber Race School, where he participated in the Skip Barber Race Series. He currently serves as a Sergeant in the 79th Precinct in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Sean has been working with ADSI since 2004.
